Essential Guidelines for Our Customers

Check Out Our Customer Guidelines

  • To avoid interruption of service and late fee, please pay the invoice by the due date.
  • To guarantee trash pickup, please take the trash out to curb the night before pickup day. 
  • Household trash only. Please, do not add construction debris or large items in the garbage. If you have any questions, please call our office.
  • Extra charges will be applied for extra trash outside the container.
  • Please take care of your container. Customers are responsible for stolen or damaged containers. Extra charges will be applied for additional can delivery.
  • Failure to receive the bill does not release your obligation to pay your bill on time. If the bill is not received by 1st of the quarter, please call us.
  • Notify office within 24-hours of your service day if your trash was not picked up.
  • No refunds will be issued unless Trash Away Sanitation is at fault.

If a holiday falls on or before your scheduled pickup day, your collection day will be moved later into the week by one day.
If the holiday falls on a weekend, There'll be no change in the schedule.
